  • Assist in onboarding new sellers
  • Support sellers in skill development
  • Support changes to the sales organization using Change Management principles
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop solutions and strategy
  • Coach and develop sales reps and leaders
  • Support new business and upsells
  • Ensure sales processes are followed
  • Increase sellers' skills and confidence
