Bloomreach is seeking a People Operations Intern to assist in HR administration and support the Employee lifecycle operations across multiple countries.

Skills

Microsoft Excel proficiency
Verbal and written communication skills in Slovak/Czech and English
Attention to detail
Proactivity and problem-solving

Responsibilities

Manage hard copies of employment contracts
Ensure HR administration compliance
Facilitate on/offboarding processes
Communicate with employees and answer inquiries
Coordinate mandatory trainings and background checks
Administer internal HR database

Education

University students preferred (3rd or 4th year)
