What are we looking for?


In this opportunity, we are looking for a Designer to work with one of our foreign clients, who is a market leader in the consultation, design, procurement, implementation, and ongoing managed services for technology services for mid to large global enterprises. As a Telecom Managed Service company, they partner with over 300 service providers globally to help customers with technology design and find the best solutions to meet their needs.


As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, user-centric experiences that deliver cellular cost optimization services for enterprises. Joining our client's team, you will be dedicated to helping reduce their clients' monthly cell phone bills and simplifying the management of their mobile device inventory and services.


If you are independent, a great communicator, a problem solver, and have strong attention to detail, this is a great fit for you! Our jobs are fully remote – as long as you have the skills and can get the work done well, you can work anywhere in the listed countries you want.


Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:
  • Design, prototype, test, and support the development of user interfaces that adhere to our client's custom design system. 
  • Effectively communicate design concepts to developers and key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation. 
  • Create innovative user experiences that align with product, marketing, and business needs, enhancing customer interaction with complex telecom solutions. 
  • Conduct research and stay current on industry best practices, competitor designs, and emerging technologies to continually improve the user experience. 
  • Participate in and analyze usability testing sessions to ensure products meet user needs and expectations. 
  • Collaborate with teams to develop consistent, intuitive consumer and enterprise solutions architectures. 
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of design software and UI/UX trends


You will shine if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • Strong experience in UI design with a proven track record of creating and implementing effective designs across various platforms. 
  • Proficiency in rapid prototyping and the ability to create UI design deliverables such as sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing user experience. 
  • Expertise in Figma, with experience in using and customizing design systems. 
  • Understanding front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is beneficial. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and explain design decisions. 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Innovative, Visionaire, focused, collaborative
  • Ability to work effectively in a self-directed culture and handle ambiguity with ease


It doesn't hurt if you also have
  • Experience in the Mobility industry.
  • Experience creating and designing dashboards.
  • Knowledge or experience with data analytics tools.
