UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher at Excella, you will plan and conduct user research studies using methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing. You will also analyze qualitative and quantitative data, create personas and journey maps, and collaborate closely with designers and product managers to ensure the research informs product development effectively.

To be a successful UX Researcher at Excella, you need proficiency in mixed-method research and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, and experience in both in-person and remote research are essential. A background in Human-Computer Interaction or related fields is a plus.
