As part of a passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will process invoices for various spaceflight systems and support functions. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of AP invoice processing. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention toward safe and repeatable spaceflight.

Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices
• Work with Procurement and suppliers to resolve invoicing issues
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Assist with various other payables functions as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years professional experience with payables processing including enterprise-level, high-volume payables
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of payables' impact on the GL and financial statements
• High attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with various internal levels and departments
• Comfortable with a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

Desired:

• Experience with Coupa, Costpoint, Cognos, and Concur
• Experience with Microsoft Teams

 

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $24.68-$34.55
