Launched in April, Blum has gathered over 80 million users and has become one of the top 3 most popular apps on Telegram worldwide. Our experienced team brings years of expertise from leading crypto projects, including Binance, Trust Wallet, Crypto.com, Bitget, and more.


We're seeking a talented Community Manager who can elevate our local Portuguese Community to the next level. You'll be mainly responsible for getting in direct touch with the internal and external crypto community members in Brazil. This includes individuals, local businesses, potential PR & Marketing partners and KOLs. The key of your role is to keep our ever-growing Community engaged & entertained: delivering timely localized updates, news, and announcements, organizing contests and gatherings and ensuring positive vibes.


This role is different from a typical 9-to-5 job. We're all about getting results rather than checking on your daily schedule. Our workspace offers plenty of freedom for creative thinking and experimenting. In crypto, you must adapt to constantly shifting market vibes, react quickly, and make snap decisions — sometimes staying long at night to catch the wave. Make sure you’ve the drill and passion to work in such a way.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, moderate and grow Blum’s internal Portuguese Community
  • Interact with the external Brazilian Crypto Community on local forums, social media platforms and chat groups
  • Manage and coordinate local events and vet interview opportunities for the Core Founding Team
  • Plan & execute locally curated online & offline promo campaigns and gatherings
  • Research, onboard and work closely with local KOLs with a key focus on growing the Community
  • Plan & execute Community expansion to social media platforms popular locally
  • Help with content proofreading, translations and delivery
  • Represent Blum on local events and conferences


Requirements
  • English speaker: fluent in English and native in Portuguese
  • Experienced in managing crypto communities
  • Experienced in leading a team of volunteers
  • Experienced in collaborating with KOLs and micro-influencers
  • Remote nomad: you have no problem working remotely and enjoy it the most
  • Living Crypto: savvy with crypto trends and community vibes, especially on Telegram
