In this position you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex ideas and data into visually compelling and easy-to-understand materials tailored for executive audiences and employees worldwide. With expertise in writing, graphic design, and data visualization, the ideal candidate will help create consistent, impactful resources such as training guides, presentations, and manager tools that support strategic objectives. This role partners closely with data scientists, communications, and talent experts across a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Design and produce visually engaging training guides, manager resources, presentations and executive reports that align with organizational goals and follow the company style guide
Collaborate with teams to translate complex concepts and data into clear, concise, and visually appealing materials and succinct, simple, compelling storytelling
Create consistent templates and branding for Center of Excellence materials to reinforce organizational identity, utilizing style uniformity to make it easy for managers and employees to know what to expect and how to read and use resources through format familiarity
Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and impactful content delivery
Analyze data sets and reports, extracting key insights to present them in digestible, visually driven formats
Leverage tools and software to produce high-quality graphics, charts, and infographics
Maintain a repository of visual assets for reuse across multiple projects
Stay updated on emerging trends in content design and data visualization, integrating best practices into work
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience with content design and graphic creation in a corporate setting
Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms
Experience working on multiple projects with competing deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent written communication skills and/or experience copywriting with experience simplifying complex ideas
Experience designing materials for executive-level audiences
Experience editing and reviewing written content to a high degree of detail

Summary pay range Associate (Level 2): $75,650 - $102,350
