The Boeing Company’s Human Resources Functional Excellence organization has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team! In this role, you will report to the HR Functional Excellence / HR Strategy Director and lead all activities related to the Early Career Pipeline for HR Internships and the HR Career Foundation Program (HRCFP).
This position can be based in any of the following Boeing locations based on candidate preference: Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Berkely, MO; Chicago, IL; North Charleston, SC; or Arlington, VA
Position Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the HRCFP program:
• Design and implement hiring practices for the HRCFP program
• Collaborate to provide meaningful rotation solicitation and matching by partnering with Chief Operating Officers(COOs) and the HRCFP Executive Sponsor; match HRCFP participants based on previous experiences and interests
• Provide networking and support for final placement at the completion of the participants 3 years rotations
• Act in the capacity of a mentor to participants, attend monthly meetings, provide guidance for planning of offsites, graduations and other onsite meetings
• Manage all aspects of the HR Intern Program:
• Partner with campus recruiting and focals to recruit HR Interns
• Lead the intern experience for HR Interns across the function by planning events, roundtables, mentoring, job shadowing and other collaborative networking mechanisms
• Utilize data and metrics to assist the leadership team with making informed business decisions about the early career pipeline; create executive level summaries for decision making and provide recommendations for both programs
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing and driving HR reporting and HR data analytics solutions that impact organizations
• 5+ years of experience presenting to multiple levels of an organization
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior management, customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
• 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in a role as an HRG or HRBP
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau
• Demonstrated experience driving innovation and process improvements
• Experience with candidate attraction and engagement strategies
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $103,700 - $150,650
