Contractor/Freelance Customer Service Support - Remote

Overview:
In this customer service role, we’re looking for someone fluent in German, interested in working with search engine optimization (SEO), and passionate about providing top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for all communication with our SEO clients and managing their SEO campaigns.

Compensation: EUR 30,000/annually

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns.
  • Represent our company and SEO product with excellent customer service.
  • Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
  • Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department.

What We Expect from You:

  • At least six months of experience in customer service.
  • Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential.
  • Good English skills (for internal communication only).
  • Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
  • Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts.
  • Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied.

Working Hours:

  • Fully remote – all you need is a computer, headset, and a stable internet connection.
  • 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.
