Job Description
- Providing excellent administration support via face to face, telephone, and email.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Offer creation in hand with the project leader.
- Customer order handling.
- Close component and delivery tracking.
- Invoice creation and payment tracking.
- Controlling and reporting.
- Proxy for other commercial processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in sales, sales management, sales and marketing, business, and marketing.
- Impeccable Organisation and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Professional communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must work independently and thoroughly.
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative, problem solving and self-motivation.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German knowledge optional.
- MS Office skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.K.
- Driving licence preferred.
Additional Information
This role will be based in Nuneaton, on a hybrid working pattern of a minimum of two days in the office a week.
