Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop and support pricing strategies for software and digital solutions that maximize revenue and market share while ensuring competitiveness.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create pricing models that support sales initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
Analyze pricing performance metrics and provide insights to senior management to drive data-driven decision-making.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Support sales team in pricing negotiations with key customers and partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.
Prepare and present pricing proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Review proposals, RFPs and other bid documents working closely with the pre-sales and delivery teams calling out financial implications and drive deal structuring
Work closely with cross functional teams to review contracts and agreements and provide recommendations on clauses that have financial implications
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification or MBA in Finance
8-10 years of experience in pricing, finance, or business strategy, preferably within the software or technology industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
Proven track record of developing and supporting successful pricing strategies.

The incumbent will play a critical role in developing and supporting pricing strategies that align with the business objectives of the SDS unit. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery and finance leadership, to ensure pricing strategies support the overall growth and profitability of the SDS business.
