Stellenbeschreibung
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von kund:innenspezifischen Servicelösungen für Customer Experience.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem internationalen Team entwickelst Du die Servicestrategien unserer Kund:innen weiter.
- Du erstellst Angebote und bist zudem für die Erstellung und Gestaltung von Kund:innenpräsentationen zuständig.
- Du bereitest Vertriebsmaterialien und Entscheidungsvorlagen vor.
- Die Ausgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Bosch-internen Sales-Community gehört ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet.
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung: sehr erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Studienrichtung Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und konkrete Absicht, im Anschluss ein Masterstudium aufzunehmen.
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: kommunikative Persönlichkeit; interkulturelle Offenheit; selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise; ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit; überdurchschnittliche analytische, konzeptionelle und innovative Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrungen: idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Strategie, Service Design, User Experience und Outsourcing
- Begeisterung: Spaß am Vertrieb sowie Interesse an neuen Kontaktkanälen, Technologien und digitaler Transformation
- Sprachen: verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

Das Bosch PreMaster Programm ist ein zweistufiges Qualifizierungsprogramm für engagierte Bachelor-Absolventinnen und Absolventen, die das Ziel haben, ein Masterstudium zu absolvieren. Nach dem Bachelor bietet die erste Phase bis zu 12 Monate praktische Erfahrung, um die fachlichen und unternehmerischen Zusammenhänge kennenzulernen. Die zweite Phase umfasst das Masterstudium und beinhaltet weitere Events und Seminare sowie persönliche Betreuung durch einen Mentor auf dem Weg zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
