Job Description

Join the Bosch Mobility Sales, Quality, and Warranty team where you will be responsible for managing warranty chargebacks and customer requirements support for one of the largest OEMs – Ford Motor Company.  The Warranty Lead will work closely with our sales, accounting, and divisional quality teams to review and disposition warranty discrepancies and creating the necessary reporting required for approval of the warranty charges.  Additionally, the Warranty Lead will support the organization with their knowledge of the Ford customer requirements and Ford processes as they relate to our own internal processes, including the coordination of the Bosch customer requirements database.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead for commercial warranty reviews for the OEM customers. 
  • Supports the OEM customer's policies and procedures and their application in the Bosch organization.
  • Supports the divisional quality teams with warranty charge reviews and supports the revisions, alignments, and approval process with the OEM customer.
  • Responsible for technical support as it relates to Ford requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience with Warranty, Cost, and Data Reporting deliverables
  • Highly proficient in excel and database systems ( utilizing pivot tables, V Lookups and formulas with minimal training)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).  
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Alteryx, Microsoft PowerBI, Power Automate, etc. are a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, self-starter
  • Knowledge of Mobility Partners (OEM and Tiers) warranty chargeback processes
  • Knowledge and use of SAP and Mobility Partner portals
