Als Teil des Dental Segments der medmix AG produziert und vertreibt die medmix Deutschland GmbH international Medizinprodukte an die Dentalindustrie und den Dentalhandel. Rund 90 hoch motivierte, qualifizierte und erfahrene Mitarbeiter sichern am Standort an der Kieler Förde die Belieferung mehrerer hundert Kunden weltweit.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Führen und Optimieren der Organisationseinheiten Einkauf, Produktionsplanung und Lager
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz-, Unfallverhütungs- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Logistikstrategien zur Verbesserung der Wertschöpfungskette, einschließlich Investitionsplanung und Kostenoptimierung
  • Verwalten von Lieferantenbeziehungen und effektiver Umgang mit Beschwerden
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams aus den Bereichen Einkauf, Produktionsplanung und Lager
  • Planung und Durchführung von Projekten in agilen und klassischen Kontexten für lokale und globale Lieferkettenbereiche
  • Markttrendanalyen und Umsetzung von kostensenkende Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Effizienz
  • Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Berichten für Meetings auf Managementebene

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abschluss in Supply Chain Management, Beschaffung, Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Position im Bereich Supply Chain Management oder Logistik, innerhalb einer Produktionsumgebung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse und die Fähigkeit, mit komplexen Informationen zu arbeiten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen, von Mitarbeitern bis hin zu Führungskräften
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP-Anwendungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
