As a Graphic Designer at Botpress, you'll play a key role in developing our visual identity alongside a team of talented designers and content creators. Your work will support marketing, sales, product communications, and overall brand strategy with designs that are engaging and effective.

You’ll be the creative force behind all digital and print assets—from marketing campaigns and social media content to in-app graphics and sales presentations. Your work isn’t about following trends; it’s about defining them. We expect you to set high visual standards and continuously raise the bar for our brand imagery.

Partner with teams across the business to craft designs that communicate complex technology in a clear, engaging, and innovative way. You’ll work in a collaborative, iterative process that values direct feedback and rapid prototyping to ensure that every visual piece supports our product-led growth strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Design with Impact: Create compelling graphics for our digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, website, and pitch presentations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to translate ideas into visually striking, on-brand assets.
• Push the Boundaries: Break away from cookie-cutter design—experiment, iterate, and innovate to keep Botpress’s branding fresh and ahead of the curve.
• Brand Stewardship: Cooperate with our team of designers and creatives to learn the Botpress style and evolve our visual identity, ensuring every design element aligns with our bold vision.
• Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends, tools, and technologies, and bring those insights back to the team.

• Design Talent: A standout portfolio showcasing your graphic design expertise. Bonus points if this showcases work in tech, for a startup, or in a similar space, like video game design or software development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other modern design tools.
• Creative Vision: A strong grasp of design fundamentals—typography, color theory, and layout—and the ability to transform abstract ideas into concrete visuals.
• Self-Starter Attitude: You meet deadlines without excuses, approach design briefs with curiosity, and you’re not afraid to make bold choices with your designs.
• Communication: Clear and direct. You appreciate constructive feedback and can clearly articulate your creative decisions.
• Tech-Savvy: A genuine interest in technology and innovative product design is a major plus.
