Senior Compliance Manager, Security

If you are a strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail and a desire to make a real impact, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Develop and maintain a comprehensive security compliance program, ensuring Box meets all regulatory and industry standards.Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and proactively implement measures to mitigate them.Stay up-to-date on the latest security regulations and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to Box's security policies and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security requirements are integrated into all aspects of product development and operations.Lead security compliance audits and respond to any findings or recommendations.Monitor and report on security compliance metrics to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans.Act as a subject matter expert on security compliance, providing guidance and training to internal teams and external partners.Work closely with legal and privacy teams to ensure that Box is compliant with data privacy regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other compliance stakeholders.Continuously evaluate and improve processes and controls to enhance the overall security of Box's products and services.Mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to the overall growth and development of the security compliance team.Box is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
