As a Senior Research Associate, you will apply your expertise in cell selection, lentiviral transduction, and cell culture expansion to facilitate software-driven Design of Experiments (DOE) and scale down model studies. Your daily responsibilities will include designing and executing experiments, documenting your findings using electronic laboratory notebooks, and performing statistical data analysis with JMP software to optimize our CAR-T cell production processes. You will also be tasked with authoring detailed study reports and presenting your results to a collaborative cross-functional team. To excel in this position, you should hold a BS/MS in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of lab experience, preferably in the cell therapy industry. Proficiency in mammalian cell culture techniques and flexible work hours, including occasional weekends, is crucial.
