About the Role


Rokt is looking for a creative and strategic marketer who will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution plans for key partnerships. The role will spearhead multiple brand partnerships to help raise brand awareness, build deeper relationships with clients and prospects, and accelerate our force for good initiatives.

This is both a strategic and operational role. A great candidate will have demonstrated experience in building deep relationships, leveraging insights, managing large-scale strategic initiatives, and bringing the execution to life on the ground.

This role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing, and will work closely with cross-functional partners: Growth Marketing, Content, and PR, supported by those from creative, development and analytics functions, to develop integrated ideas.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead, nurture, and maintain deep relationships with key decision makers and provide strategic counsel and unique ideas to grow brand partnerships
  • Develop integrated marketing briefs for all involved teams and parties to ensure alignment on strategy, timelines, deadlines, deliverables, etc.
  • Lead the day-to-day activities and implementation of all brand partnerships, which could also include on the ground execution at key events
  • Work closely across teams and departments to think big picture and create strategic plans to bring partnerships to life
  • Guide the development of high-quality creative assets across the consumer journey that are on-brand and align with channel best practices
  • Act as key guardian of the Rokt brand to ensure creative campaigns and execution are unique, ownable, and uphold premium brand equity
  • Quick learner with ability to understand and leverage different specialisms within the team, including creative strategy, activation, and integrated marketing services
  • Ability to create strategic decks with thoughtful concepts including goal setting/KPI’s, drafting key messaging and concept rationale, understanding full marketing matrix and program place within, storytelling/consumer journey, consumer insights and reporting against KPI’s
  • Create and present regular marketing analytics reports and provide thoughtful recommendations based on data-backed insights and qualitative feedback

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or management, partnerships management, or other relevant marketing disciplines
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other systems to effectively run web and analytics programs
  • Demonstrates superior organizational and communication skills while being solutions-oriented
  • Ability to have conversations at all business levels and build strong working relationships quickly
  • Portray a keen interest and ability to push the boundaries by constantly looking for opportunities to improve strategies, campaigns, deliverables, experiences, and desired outcomes
  • Ability to think on your feet and take appropriate actions to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while working with tight deadlines
  • Possess exceptional leadership skills, being able to move and inspire a cross-functional team, and guide it towards a unified objective and with a unified vision

Compensation: $147,500 - $180,000/ year + equity + (great) benefits!
