About the role
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes our product—and knows how to explain it in a way that clicks. You’ll be the go-to person for anything related to our platform: creating demo videos, sharing use cases, updating our knowledge base, and helping internal teams turn product features into real-world value stories.

What you'll do

As a Product Enablement Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in this journey. Reporting to our VP of Product, Sandra Figueiredo, you'll be the expert on our state-of-the-art platform, which combines advanced AI with human touch to revolutionize social media management for iconic brands like Netflix and Uber. In this dynamic position, you'll create engaging demo videos, elaborate on use cases, and refresh our knowledge base to ensure our clients are getting the most out of our innovative features. You'll utilize your experience in the social media landscape to guide internal teams in conveying the real-world value of our product.
