Customer Onboarding Manager
Braze is looking for a passionate Customer Onboarding Manager to facilitate onboarding for new clients and drive customer success through effective project management.

- Project manage a portfolio of customer onboardings
- Maintain and manage internal stakeholders
- Engage with customer stakeholders

- Tailor onboarding to meet client needs
- Set KPIs and success metrics for ROI
- Advocate customer use-cases to product development
- Document client scope and integration approaches
- Coordinate with client agencies and third parties
