Recruitment Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to be an integral part of our Talent Team who will support the recruitment process and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Applications
- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support recruiters with day-to-day scheduling of interviews
- Manage communications with candidates
- Provide recruiting operations support through job creation and posting
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience
- Lead in-person interview facilitations
- Partner with the Talent team in process improvement initiatives
Education
- 1+ year of professional experience in a recruiting or similar coordinator role
