Be you ... be here.Job SummaryClient Partnerships is the primary liaison between the organization and the client and is responsible for creating and executing credit card portfolio strategies, in alignment with internal and external leadership. Sr Manager, Portfolio & ECM is responsible for setting the strategy in partnership with senior leadership for portfolio growth and existing customer marketing, managing to key metrics for core customer, attrition, retention, activation, and loyalty. This role is responsible for creating and delivering against the strategy for all existing customer lifecycle marketing and customer journey for a client partner(s). This role ensures the needs of both the client and organization are met within each initiative executed. Leads cross-functional partners in a matrixed leadership environment both within Client Partnerships as well as internal teams, including Data Science & Analytics, Credit Management, Finance, and Operations. This role is responsible for marketing fund management, marketing calendar management, balance build, and overall portfolio health.Essential Job Functions:• Strategy: Works with General Manager to set and execute strategy as it relates to portfolio management, P&L, and all existing customer marketing. Accountable for portfolio-driving initiatives including rewards, benefit timing, loyalty. Ongoing integration into brand plan and multi-tender loyalty. Drives strategy for enhancement marketing and balance build strategies for the assigned client(s).• Financial Responsibility: Responsible for maintaining deep understanding of P&L in order to recommend adjustments to portfolio initiatives and marketing initiatives to maintain the health of the portfolio, all while managing to key metrics for core customer, attrition, roll rates, retention, reactivation, etc. Will manage marketing funds for assigned client(s) and marketing calendar.• Reporting & Analysis: Utilizes reporting tools to monitor key metrics, identify opportunities, and drive plans for solutions.• Relationship Management: Maintains a productive relationship with brand partners to ensure strategies are collaborative and expectations for budget and focus areas are shared. Works in close synthesis with GM team, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, Marketing, etc, as it relates to assigned portfolio(s). Must be able to balance needs of both client and Bread Financial when advising and to drive solutions and strategies.Reports to: General Manager, Client PartnershipsDirect Reports: 0 - 2 formal direct reports. In-office requirements are subject to change based on business needs. This position is currently available to candidates that reside within 60 miles of Columbus, OH; Coeur D'Alene, ID; Chadds Ford, PA; Plano, TX; Draper, UT; Wilmington, DE; or New York, NY;Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience• 8 years in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, credit card portfolio managementPreferred Experience:• Degree Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher, focus in Business Administration, Marketing• 10 years in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, credit card portfolio management, Management experience in a multi-level organizationOther DutiesThis job description is illustrative of the types of duties typically performed by this job. Because job content may change from time to time, the Company reserves the right to add and/or delete essential functions from this job at any time.Typical Starting Range:$108,300.00 - $196,300.00Full Salary Range for position:California: $124,600.00 - $245,400.00Colorado: $108,300.00 - $206,100.00New York: $119,200.00 - $245,400.00Washington: $113,700.00 - $225,700.00The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial’s 401(k) plan.All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
