At our organization, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Youth Electronic Monitoring Case Manager to join our dynamic team in Toms River, NJ. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in connecting young individuals and their families to essential resources while navigating the complexities of family court proceedings. With a focus on multi-disciplinary treatment, you will engage with youth through various touchpoints, including initial assessments, home visits, and community linkages. You will be responsible for creating electronic court updates, assisting families in crisis, and even providing psychosocial education where necessary. Your work will involve utilizing GPS technology to monitor youth via ankle bracelets, responding to alerts as needed, and collaborating with a fantastic team, including the Family Crisis Intervention Unit. Additionally, we value flexibility and offer perks like a rotating on-call duty schedule. We’re looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree, CADC, or relevant experience working with court-involved services to ensure they are well-equipped for this impactful role.
