Contract Recruiter

As a Contract Recruiter at Adtalem Global Education, your key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to establish recruitment objectives, conducting thorough intake meetings, preparing and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, sourcing candidates, and conducting behavioral interviews. You'll also engage with hiring teams to influence decisions and maintain records in our Applicant Tracking System.

To qualify for the Contract Recruiter role at Adtalem Global Education, you'll need a Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience. Strong organizational, sourcing, and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
