As a team, we will hire approx. 20 Execs in 2025 (Global Head of-level and above, plus C-level roles in local markets).

  • We aim for 2 candidates at business case stage within 5 weeks after kick off, and to have all candidates in process with us for a maximum of 8 weeks.

  • Work with Ryan and Flore to build our meaningful a) understanding of Quality of Hire, b) mechanisms to track it, and c) hire accordingly!

  • Diligence - you know that talent acquisition is part science, part art. We run processes diligently, follow up with candidates, and we don't drop the ball!.

  • Great prioritization and attention to detail - You know that in talent acquisition, it's the small things that make a difference, and basics done really, really well make us stand out as a business.

  • Business orientation and understanding for the reality our hiring teams and candidates live in. How can we streamline processes and focus on things that really matter? How do we pick which roles to prioritize among a long list of urgent needs?

  • Fluency in English (and an additional "Docplanner language" - like Polish, Spanish or Portuguese - is an additional benefit)
