Position Overview:The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day HR functions and is the main point of contact for employees.This is an on-site position and not remote. Therefore, we are only considering candidates who live within a commutable distance from our Allentown facilitySalary Range - $50,000-62,700Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Responsible for staffing and onboarding of new employees including preparation of new hire paperwork.• Daily employee interaction and floor presence: resolving issues, answering questions, and working with employees and managers to encourage a culture of positive employee relations.• Helps recruiters schedule the screening and supervisor/managers' interviews. Assists HR Manager with managing the internal hiring process.• Ensures that all policies are implemented and enforced consistently and fairly.• Provides updates and regular communication to the HR manager on building activity and escalates issues in a timely manner• Creates and maintains employee files and ensures all information is held in the strictest confidence.• Responsible for managing all CJL HR systems for areas of responsibilities including UltPro HRIS and administrative tasks to provide proper and accurate data entry, maintenance, and reporting in a timely manner.• Perform other related job duties as required, within the scope of training and expertise"Requirements and Qualifications• Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of previous HR experience required• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and payroll management system required• Proven ability to conduct employee training required.
