Who You Are

You have an accomplished track record in building and leading a team. This person will lead a full sales cycle team of Sales Managers and Upsell Specialists to meet and exceed unit and revenue objectives.  As a sales leader managing sales managers, you will hire, retain and motivate a team of upsell specialists and work closely with leadership to drive results. You will implement sales strategies, manage team performance to achieve revenue targets . You excel at ongoing coaching and developing your team of sales managers by using data-driven insights to act decisively, develop systems to measure progress and identify changes needed for improvement. Your leadership will help maintain a high level of motivation, ensure the team meets its goals, and foster a culture of accountability and achievement while promoting trust and encouraging collaboration to resolve conflict and navigate change. You understand the importance of building a strong team culture and are dedicated to a supportive environment, even in a remote work setup. What you’ll do
  • Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Manage and cultivate a high-performing remote sales team of 3-4 sales mangers. You will be responsible for building a culture of excellence, motivating your team to achieve and exceed sales goals, and ensuring they are consistently developing their skills to maximize potential. Create a supportive environment where individual strengths are nurtured, and team collaboration is prioritized for success.
  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Own and drive the sales strategy for our team to drive strong sales growth. Ensure your managers are meeting or exceeding sales targets by designing and executing effective team  strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM), Operations, and Enablement teams to align on sales goals, provide data-driven insights, and refine systems and processes that empower the team to manage and grow sales. 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to measure your managers and your reps performance, identify areas of improvement, and iteratively design processes that enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Team Development and Training: Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure that your managers are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and motivation to succeed and achieve their  team targets. Establish clear development pathways and ensure that every team member has the tools they need to grow in their manager roles.
  • Performance and Accountability: Establish clear performance metrics and regularly monitor progress, holding your managers  accountable to individual and collective sales goals. Provide regular feedback, support, and recognition to reinforce positive behaviors and outcomes.

  • Proven Leadership in High-Volume Sales: Demonstrated success in managing managers and leading sales teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments. You have a history of driving exceptional results through the effective management of sales managers balancing both quantity and quality of performance.
  • Expert in Frontline Leadership: Proven track record of managing sales managers  in roles that require high performance under pressure. You excel at helping leaders  navigate complex challenges and develop the skills needed to succeed in high-demand situations.
  • People-Centric Leadership: Strong people leadership capabilities, with a focus on continuous development. You are committed to coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team to improve every day, creating a culture of accountability and growth that leads to consistent success.
  • Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: A history of exceeding ambitious sales targets and objectives. You have a strong record of achieving challenging goals and are relentless in driving performance across your team to consistently hit and surpass targets.
  • Analytical Excellence: Highly skilled in using data to inform decisions, solve problems, and optimize sales performance. You bring a data-driven mindset, with deep expertise in CRM systems (such as SFDC), enabling you to analyze trends, track team progress, and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communication and Coaching Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the natural ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams. You understand the importance of clear communication, both in providing constructive feedback and in rallying your managers and teams around shared goals.
  • Customer Empathy and Strategic Insight: A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities our customers face, particularly in managing complex and diverse accounts. You have a high level of empathy for customers' unique needs and are skilled at translating these insights into actionable strategies that drive value.
  • Collaborative and Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams. You work effectively with cross-functional partners to align on goals and leverage shared resources, ensuring that your team is positioned for success.


$125,000 - $160,000 a year
At brightwheel, we believe in rewarding strong performance and ensuring our team members thrive both professionally and personally. Our compensation package is designed to recognize team members who make it happen, delivering value for our customers and achieving extraordinary results.

Competitive Earnings & Uncapped Potential:
On-Target Earnings (OTE) are $125,000-$160,000 in all U.S.-based locations, which includes an annualized base of $62,500-$80,000 and uncapped variable compensation of $62,500-$80,000 based on performance. Strong performers have opportunities to unlock base and OTE increases over time.
