BRSi is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in SQL to play a key role in the maintenance and analysis of high-volume data and its associated systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database query development and a proven ability to format the results to meet the needs of varying audiences. This position will involve analyzing and interpreting healthcare data to help provide solutions to improve billing processes and workflows. The role will also interact with clients to provide insight to identified concerns and help develop processes for quick resolutions. A detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting client requirements will have an opportunity for fast growth. The ability to analyze high volumes of data and organization of the methodology is required. Familiarity with quality control measures is also needed. Medical insurance eligibility, billing or revenue-cycle experience is a plus. This position is hybrid remote/in-office position based in Nashville, TN with a requirement of 1-2 days in-office each week and a flexible remote schedule.
