Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Acquisition Analyst to support a high-profile Navy acquisition office. This candidate will work closely with program leadership, spearheading analytical efforts to track progress, drive strategic insights, and shape the future of cutting-edge Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) projects.  This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with top professionals, and refine processes that drive success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead high-impact analysis of a portfolio of innovative RDT&E projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Shape acquisition strategy by collecting, documenting, and maintaining essential government-required documentation.
  • Enhance knowledge management by implementing best practices to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Deliver data-driven insights through high-quality reports and analysis that directly support procurement decisions.
  • Represent the program office with polished, professional, and influential written communication, from reports to official correspondence.
  • Mentor and elevate the team, providing training, guidance, and quality reviews to ensure excellence across acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business management or related field
  • 10 years of experience in supporting DoD acquisition
  • At least 2 recent years supporting DoD or component Small Business Innovation Research / Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) 
  • Experience analyzing small RDT&E acquisition programs, tracking project status, and providing reporting documentation
  • Experience working across DoD components and with multiple acquisition office functions (contracting, financial, technical)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to a wide range of audiences through multiple media

Additional Information

A Secret Clearance is required.

This is a contingent hire position.
