The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with strong client-facing skills, capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions and loves software development. This role requires proficiency in Java development, the ability to vet client requests, create detailed technical specifications, develop code and provide consultative support to both clients and internal teams.As our Senior Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for:• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including designing, developing, debugging, testing, configuring, and deploying software solutions for our clients• Interact directly with customers to understand their requirements and guide development efforts to meet their needs.• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.• Operate as a key liaison between Bullhorn’s business units, technology teams, and Support teams.This job might be for you if:• 4+ years experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP)• 4+ years experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks• 4+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases• 4+ years experience with RESTful web services• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills• Creative problem-solving skills• You thrive in a fast pace environment and can manage changing priorities• You are a builder at heart and love rolling up your sleeves and directly working with teams to design and build innovative solutions• You pride yourself on accountability and follow-through• ​Analyzing information and attention to detail• Customer facing skills to understand requirements and vet solutions• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)Bonus points for:• Bullhorn CRM Experience• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline - or equivalent prior work experience.What we offer...• Benefits eligibility effective DAY ONE including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 401(k) Match, and more• Unlimited Planned Paid Time Off• Global Mental Health Support• On-Demand Learning & Development• Quarterly paid volunteer days• Lucrative Employee Referral Program (eligible for prior to your first day)• Company-wide mentor programBullhorn's core purpose is to create an incredible customer experience, which starts with first creating an incredible employee experience.
