ABOUT THE POSITION


At BURGA, being a Set Designer isn’t just about arranging props - it’s about transforming ideas into extraordinary visuals that captivate audiences worldwide. We’re searching for a visionary and detail-driven Set Designer to craft immersive, high-performing ad content that stands out in a competitive market. From conceptualizing striking setups to curating and arranging props, furniture, and decor, you’ll create sets that tell a story, align perfectly with the Art Director’s vision, and drive engagement. WHAT YOU’LL DO


- Collaborate with the Art Director and Growth team to establish the desired visual style, theme, and mood for campaigns.

- Conduct research and contribute to moodboards to ensure designs align with current trends and the brand’s vision.

- Create technical drawings and briefs for set builders to bring concepts to life.

- Source, arrange, and organize all set elements and props, ensuring they remain in excellent condition before, during, and after production.

- Maintain set quality and continuity throughout the production process.

- Troubleshoot on-set challenges, ensuring a smooth workflow.

- Coordinate logistics and ensure timelines and deadlines are met.

- Manage post-shoot tasks such as returning rental equipment and maintaining clean, undamaged shoot locations.

- Track and manage budgets, staying within limits while sourcing on-trend props.

- Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely payments.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


- At least 4 years of experience as a Set Designer, Set Decorator, Interior Stylist, or similar role in content production.

- Strong understanding of design, color, texture, and composition, with an eye for what performs well online.

- Experience creating technical briefs and drawings for set builders.

- Familiarity with ad content production, including framing, lighting, and optimization for platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads.

- Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange furniture or props and stand for extended periods.

- Valid driver’s license for transporting props, furniture, and equipment as needed.

- Experience sourcing props, managing rentals, and coordinating production logistics.

- Fluent English language skills.

- Knowledge of design software/tools to create moodboards, technical drawings, or visual concepts.


SALARY: 3000- 3900 EUR/Month GROSS
