The Business Analyst will be a part of the Enterprise Business Solutions Finance Management Team and will support continuous improvement of business processes by participating in cross functional solutions analysis, design, configuration, testing and implementation across the Workday business areas and integrating systems that support the business process.
In this role, the Business Analyst will work with more experienced analysts to collaborate with other Workday Business Process as well as Workday Support and Development teams, end users, business sponsors and application teams outside of Workday to confirm business requirements, identify solutions that support the end-to-end business process and enhance business capabilities. The Business Analyst will develop and maintain breadth of knowledge across the Finance business processes and the applications that support the processes.
Under the direct supervision of Enterprise Business Solutions Finance Management leadership, the Business Analyst contributes to the creation of deliverables of the highest quality and presents leading practice solutions for Ohio State. The Business Analyst will support the objectives of the Finance Management team, document processes and requirements, perform system configuration, coordinate, plan and execute testing efforts, and use a variety of project management tools to track and report status and progress.

0 years of relevant experience required. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and tasks. Ability to communicate effectively and
professionally with employees, peers, executive leadership, customers, vendors, technical team members and others.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
Desired Education and Experience:
0-2 years relevant experience in system implementation role(s) where responsible for assisting in business processes. Demonstrated
experience in ERP configuration, requirements gathering, change analysis, solution documentation, and testing. Background in
finance/accounting, higher education, and/or healthcare/academic medical center experience.

The Targeted Hiring Range for this position is $49,800 - $66,400.
