Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative passionate about identifying, hunting, and creating new, qualified businesses.

As a Business Development Representative:

  • Work alongside Top-notch professionals and mentors
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify, nurture, convert and engage leads
  • Generate highly qualified meetings for our account executives
  • Hone your outbound skills when diving into new and novel software product domains
  • Become a trusted resource and developer of relationships with our key prospects.

  • Base salary: 60,000 - 80,000
  • On-Target Earnings can vary

Requirements:

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of Business Development experience, with a history of exceeding targets
  • Sale experience with SaaS products for the enterprise or major market
  • Team player, competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Empathic listener and persuasive communicator
  • Have experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Calendly

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of retrain.ai's total compensation package for employees.

Responsibilities:

What Will You Do

  • Lead outbound outreach campaigns to generate new leads
  • Identify new contacts by pitching the retrain.ai platform.
  • Conduct research to develop target account intelligence.
  • Drive sales growth by discovering new opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and lead follow-up.
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up
  • Providing in-depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
