We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Business Process Team. Key responsibilities include the following:
Identify technology and process solutions that enable a smarter, more efficient way to work to drive the evolution of PWM client service roles
Partner with PC Management, Sales Leadership, Client Service Leadership, Operations, Legal and Compliance, PMG, PW Talent Development and Technology on key department initiatives that affect the client experience and internal processes
Identify solutions, create specifications, lead testing, implementation and adoption/training efforts
Consult on Digital, Portfolio Management, Wealth Strategies and Marketing projects to provide business process input
Engage with Advisors, Associates and Management teams to gather feedback and communicate progress on initiatives
As Product Owner, determine priorities across all Private Wealth initiatives that require OT, ACE, SNAP or MAP development and work with IT partners on development and deployment
Ideal candidate should have a detailed knowledge of the Private Wealth Management business (services, procedures, wealth planning, etc.) The ideal candidate also:
Possesses strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and leadership skills
Can work independently under pressure and as part of a team
Possesses strong attention to detail, creativity and decision making skills
Has a Bachelor’s degree and experience in the PC Associate role

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows:
Base Salary Range: $88,000-$111,000.
Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, benefits, year-end incentive compensation, and other incentives.
