Job Description Summary:
You will work alongside business analysts, business users and report directly to the Manager, Customer Success Operations. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to understand non-technical users technical needs.
As an Operations Analyst you are a subject matter expert to help find solutions to system function for stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop documentation for processes and procedures, and prepare and execute test plans for new functionality. The Operations Analyst communicates and collaborates with users to analyze information needs, functional requirements and define concepts needed to operate our business. They also collaborate with other subject matter experts across Rocket to provide scalable solutions to business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Perform and coordinate the analysis, design, configuration and support of Customer Success processes and projects.
Interpret requirements into viable options, able to recommend the most scalable solution and advocate with the business stakeholders for their needs.
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
Participate in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions meet the defined requirements.
Participate in documenting system capabilities and functionality.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all Customer Success business processes.
Qualifications:
Experience documenting and analyzing business and/or technical processes, procedures, policies.
Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams and resources.
Advanced listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
1+ year prior analyst experience
1+ year prior Gainsight analyst experience
Prior experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $77,623.00 - $97,029.00 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
