Job Title: VP of Marketing – Subprime Automotive Franchising

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy in the subprime automotive finance sector. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership capabilities, a proven track record in digital paid search, and hands-on expertise in website management. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in developing engaging content, implementing SEO/SEM strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally (including with our Franchisees) to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and support the unique needs of subprime automotive finance customers.

Responsibilities for VP of Marketing:

  1. Website Strategy and Management
    • Oversee the design, content, and technical maintenance of the company website, ensuring optimal user experience, accessibility, and alignment with branding and business goals.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic, lead conversion rates, and customer engagement.
    • Monitor website performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  2. Content Creation and Management
    • Lead content strategy to create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across digital channels (website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce a range of content, including articles, infographics, videos, and case studies, that aligns with the company’s value proposition and marketing goals.

  3. Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Analyze digital marketing performance, using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to continuously refine and innovate marketing approaches.
  4. Franchisee Collaboration and Support
    • Act as the primary marketing liaison for franchisees and their marketing partners, providing guidance and resources to help them improve their local marketing efforts.
    • Monitor and analyze franchisee marketing performance, offering tailored recommendations and support.
  5. Team Leadership
    • Serve as a mentor and resource to team members, providing guidance and support on digital marketing best practices.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
    • Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on website and digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s overall marketing capabilities.

Qualifications for VP of Marketing:
