Continental US CACI is looking for an Organizational Change Management Consultant
Responsibilities:
Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies Lead/facilitate meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and jointly develop a change adoption plan Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation Design, develop and deliver organizational change management (OCM) strategies/solutions for complex, large scale change initiatives Create presentations that convey models, concepts and operational plans with a visual and professional/polished look Serve as facilitator and active, visible... Enterprise Change consultant, coach and collaborator with project leads and initiative sponsors, Senior Executives, management, and business unit stakeholders Develop and lead actionable and targeted change plans - such as communications, training, sponsor roadmap, coaching, resistance management, rewards/recognition, or other plans and tactics Manage and direct OCM components of projects, integrating them across project methods (e.g. waterfall, agile) and phases (e.g. planning, analysis, design, implementation and sustainment phases) Guide and coordinate the completion of communication deliverables according to the change plan Required Skills:
Experience with processes and tools across enterprise-wide transformations, project and projects including organizational impact assessments, stakeholder identification and alignment, communications planning and execution, and training needs assessment Experience in managing projects from creation through execution and evaluation Effective research, analytical and problem solving skills Experience in working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors Experience working in large IT program implementations and implementing change in project management environment Desired Skills:
Experience applying organizational change management methodologies within a large government organization Prosci, ACMP, or other change management certifications PMI or other project management certifications Familiarity with SAP and related tools Education &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required SAP implementation, enhancement, and O&M support experience (10 years required) HANA migration experience (ECC, S/4) desirable Usability (UX/UI) Design experience desirable Data Analytics (BOBJ, Tableau) experience desirable Clearance/Citizenship Requirements:

The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
