What We’re Looking For:

We seek a Proposal Coordinator to drive TSTC response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) effectively and competitively. Provide End-to-End Proposal Management by overseeing proposal preparation, revision, and submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. Coordinate inputs from technical, management, and finance teams.


The position is great for someone who has a base level knowledge of federal contracting but wants to learn more about finding and reviewing RFI/RFP opportunities, the proposal preparation and submission process, and tracking opportunities from beginning to end. This position has great growth potential as it reports directly to the CEO!

  • You understand that teaming is key and all the documents leading up to and after proposal submission matter: NDAs, TAs, SubKs, etc. and that managing these documents is important.


What you'll Do:
  • Assist with the end-to-end technical federal proposal development process, including strategy development, content creation, and proposal submission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, technical and proposal writers, and PMs to gather and develop proposal content
  • Assist with creating proposal outlines, schedules, and compliance matrices to ensure timely submission and adherence to requirements.
  • Review all proposal content, ensuring that it is accurate, compliant, and compelling story telling.
  • Coordinate and lead proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Works closely with the Chief Growth Officer to understand client needs and develop winning proposal strategies


Basic Qualifications
  • BS or BA preferred
  • At least 4 years of federal government proposal and contract management
  • Knowledge of both DHS and DoD agencies
  • Skilled in MS office suite
  • Works independently, proactively identifies, and completes task.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFQ process and procedures
  • Maintains flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
  • Experience with VT Docs and Next Stage preferred.
  • MUST reside in an SBA designated HUBZone.


Security Clearance & Where you will Work
  • Applicants selected must be a U.S. Citizen. The successful candidate must pass a comprehensive background check. Initially no clearance is needed but this may change if the need arises to work on classified submissions.
  • Remote (85%), with occasional in-office days at the Arlington, VA office and relevant capture/proposal events (15%).
