Product Engineer I - Emulation

Cadence Design Systems Inc. is looking for a motivated Product Engineer I to work with us in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

As a Product Engineer I, you will be analyzing customer requirements for emulation features and working with multiple teams within the organization to enable that! The objective is to enable higher customer productivity and as a result, higher customer satisfaction!

Job Description:

  • Create Product Requirement Specifications to capture customer requirements and use cases.

  • Review Functional Specifications of software developers to satisfy these requirements across aspects of Functionality, required Usability, Reliability, Performance, Supportability and Interoperability

  • Analysis of customer requirements and/or tests coupled with running targeted experiments.

  • Modeling and testing to validate product specifications.

Requirements:

  • Complete Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge in: Digital Logic Design, Verilog/SystemVerilog

  • Programming languages:  C/C++, Python

  • Experience with Simulation Verification and/ or Emulation or Rapid Prototyping for RTL designs.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Course or project work with FPGA based designs and verification
