Enterprise Architect

Capgemini is looking for an experienced and strategic Enterprise Architect

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for leading architecture efforts across the organization, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and ensuring the overall architectural integrity of the IT landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience in defining architecture standards, developing architecture roadmaps, and providing guidance on technology choices.

This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, as well as experience with cloud technologies, integration strategies, and data management practices. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, systems architects, and development teams, to enable effective and innovative solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework based on industry best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the architecture roadmap to align IT strategy with business goals.
  • Lead the architectural governance process ensuring design adherence to technical standards and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively across technical teams to integrate solutions efficiently and securely.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify technology opportunities and innovative solutions that improve business performance.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the architecture and development teams.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to incorporate into enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate architecture reviews and assessments for new and existing projects.

Work Experience

  • Minimum Required: 10 years of IT experience with 6 years in enterprise architecture roles.

Required Education

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Education

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Certifications:

  • TOGAF, Zachman, or other architecture frameworks are preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in integration services and architecture.
  • Knowledge of data management practices including data governance and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with modern software development practices and methodologies.
  • Understanding of security architecture principles and best practices.
