About the Role:
Carbyne is looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. This is a great opportunity for a skilled writer to join a small team in a rapidly expanding Startup company.
The Technical Writer will be responsible for documenting multiple products, in addition to collaborating on a number of other products and content areas. S/he will interface with the designers, developers, customer service and operations team to publish quality documentation to tight deadlines.
Writing the documentation includes:
The writer will receive training from the Documentation Manager in Technical Writing for Carbyne customers, and in use of our documentation tools, such as Paligo and Phrase.

From producing detailed user guides to release notes, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and customer service teams to ensure that our documentation is not only high-quality but meets the needs of our users. Your ability to grasp complex technical concepts and express them in engaging, clear language will be essential. Plus, you’ll have the chance to learn new tools such as Paligo and Phrase, and collaborate on translating documentation especially into Spanish and Hebrew.
