Care Dimensions is seeking new graduate nurses or experienced nurses who are passionate about providing compassionate care in hospice and palliative care. The Nurse Residency Program offers a supportive environment for professional development and transition into a career in nursing.

RN license in MA by August 31, 2024

Responsibilities

Participate in the Nurse Residency Program
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Coordinate patient care in accordance with professional standards
Enhance clinical skills and judgment
Provide meaningful care to patients

Education

Recent RN graduates or experienced nurses
