Clinical Supervisor - Mobile Unit Benefits:

  • Compensation:  $42.75-$51.98 *Based on Experience
  • Sign on Bonus: $2,000
  • ​​FLSA Status:​ ​​Exempt​ 
  • Type:​ ​​Full-Time​, M-F
  • Reports To:​ Clinical Manager 
  • Company car provided onsite
  • License Renewal: Fee reimbursement.
  • Loan Repayment: Eligible after 10 years.
  • No Case Load
  • Holidays: 12 paid days, plus one floating day in May- mental health month
  • Vacation/Sick Leave: Up to 300 hours vacation, 224 hours sick leave.
  • Life insurance provided, with a benefit of twice the annual salary payable in the event of an employee's death while employed.

REQUIREMENTS for Clinical Supervisor - Mobile Unit:

Professional Certification :LCSW or LMFT certification required

Experience:

  • 2 years post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, OR
  • 1 year post-licensure experience plus 1 year supervising/directing clinical staff, OR
  • 1 year post-licensure experience plus 1 year in staff supervision, administration, and personnel management in human services.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Master Degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family counseling, or related.
  • Experience with Smart Care or other EHR systems.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Familiarity with outcome measures and diverse psychological interventions.
  • Budget management competency.
  • Supervisory responsibility: Oversee field clinical staff.

Essential Functions:

  • Conducts physical exams, diagnostic tests, blood draws, EKGs, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions.
  • Assesses patients' conditions, formulates treatment plans including prescriptions, and provides ongoing follow-up.
  • Educates staff, participants, and caregivers on healthcare issues and treatments.
  • Manages acute and long-term medical needs in collaboration with other providers, covering care in various settings including nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
  • Provides emotional and spiritual support, manages medical emergencies, and ensures timely, compliant documentation in medical records.
