Management Consultant

Join our collaborative, non-hierarchical Product & Methodology team and become the prime mover for our ERP project implementation methodology in a dynamic and growth-driven environment.

Who is Sprint365?

We are a bunch of innovative and bold minds working to revolutionize the dusty ERP industry. We are the comet in an industry full of dinosaurs, if we do say so ourselves.

Sprint365 was founded in 2020 in rebellion against the time-consuming projects that characterize the ERP industry. We deliver the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, but we do it in a smarter way. Unlike all other players who sell heavy marathon projects building everything from scratch, our solution is pre-configured, user-friendly and ready to go. Using our methodology, we sprint through the implementation of Dynamics 365 at our customers, creating faster business value for all parties, but with less billable hours. Win-win!

But ERP... what is it?

You sell something to a customer. To deliver what you sold, you need to purchase some materials, add some working hours and arrange for packing and posting before you can send out an invoice. That invoice, along with the cost of materials and hours you used needs to go into the financial reports to find out if you are making any money from selling your product. Now imagine you are selling 1.000 different products per day from various channels. You probably need a system for handling that. An Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) is the integrated financial system that connects a company's key business processes, data, resources and departments. Think of it as a LEGO set with multiple modules: At Sprint365 we sell the whole set, and we've even built over half of the modules in advance. If you can follow the manual and place a brick now and then, you're all set!

Your role

Sprint365 recently launched a partner strategy, invited other ERP implementation partners in on our methodology and are now experiencing growth within this area. To succeed with this, we believe we need to keep developing our methodology and constantly deliver new innovative products that can differentiate what we deliver from the rest of the ERP industry.

As a Management Consultant, your main task is to move work from our hands into the hands of our partners and thereby ensure the scalability of the Sprint365 Methodology. To succeed with that, you need to engage with our team of implementation consultants, learn from their best practices, see the bigger picture and constantly improve tools, templates and processes to ensure that our offering is always relevant and deliver the highest level of efficiency in ERP rollouts.

Your tasks will therefore be wide-ranging:

  • Train partners and promote the Sprint 365 toolbox: Assist in partner meetings, onboard new implementation partners and implementation consultants to the e2e methodology and help promote the Sprint365 approach to ERP Implementation.
  • Drive customer projects: Be the champion of the methodology. Facilitate customer workshops with partners, manage stakeholders and calendar coordination, follow-up on task completion, document project decisions, and hand over key learnings to ensure that our partners succeed
  • Deliver client assignments. You will work closely with external business consultants and developers to oversee and manage the execution of agreed-upon projects ensuring that ERP systems align with the customers’ needs while promoting Sprint365 standards.
  • Conceptualize products and methodologies: Help define our products and methods by conceptualizing new innovative tools and methods for faster ERP implementing.
  • Contribute to the application life cycle management practice: Ensure alignment with MS Dynamics 365 updates to ensure that we always work on increasing the quality and relevance of our products and methods in Sprint365.

You won't be handling everything alone—you'll join a dedicated team of business developers, product specialists, product assistants and IT developers who collaborate seamlessly in a SCRUM framework. This means you'll have the chance to take on responsibilities and tailor the role to your strengths. We also don’t expect you to know everything from day one, our onboarding program will help you settle in and grow into the role. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn.

Who you (might) be

We don't expect you to come with 8 years of work experience, but it's definitely a plus if you can relate to some of the following:

  • A master degree within business or IT strategy
  • 3-5 years of experience as an internal consultant in an SME or from other consultancies
  • Significant experience in implementing IT projects (MS Dynamics experience is not required)
  • You have a high level of English, both written and spoken

That said, the job fits you best if...

  • You can work independently and structured with your tasks
  • You are systematic and ambitious to deliver a high-quality result on time
  • You are bold, innovative, and ask questions to your colleagues when in doubt
  • You are open to learning and developing
  • You have the courage to work in an international environment

The team

Our team, which we call Sprinters, comes from many different corners of the world. Even though we are a small team of 30, we are represented in Denmark, Norway, Spain, China and India. Our diverse backgrounds and love for "quirky" profiles set us apart, but we all share big ambitions and a drive to win together. And while we work hard, we make sure to have fun—don't expect to leave an internal meeting without a good laugh!

You'll be working in one SCRUM team with our talented product and platform specialists and developers: Amit, Karen, Raghav and Victor, each bringing their own unique skills and energy to the team to help ensure everything runs smoothly. They're always ready to lend a hand – and bring a fresh perspective when you need it!

  • Super flexible working hours
  • A cool office on Vesterbrogade (with the option to work from home)
  • A meal plan in a great canteen
  • Coffee, tea, fruit, and soft drinks ad libitum
  • In-house massage every other week
  • A variety of development opportunities
  • The most talented and fun colleagues in the industry
  • And much more!
