Inventory Management Associate

Job Summary: Join our team as an Inventory Management Associate at CarMax! This role involves maintaining the vehicle display areas, scanning inventory, shipping and receiving vehicles, as well as providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:• Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts• Assist in training new team members under the guidance of experienced associates• Ensure lot maintenance and security of display areas• Receive and prepare vehicles for shipping• Complete vehicle scanning to maintain accurate records• Perform vehicle wash and vacuum duties• Assist with auction support when needed• Uphold workplace cleanliness and organization in line with company standards• Other duties as assigned by supervisorsRequirements:• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company standards• Basic data interpretation and recording skills• High School diploma or equivalent experience• Ability to safely lift up to 50lbsThis job requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
