Mercer Marketplace 365+ is Mercer’s proprietary end-to-end solution enabling plan design to benefits administration and enrollment. The Carrier Experience Team sits in US Health & Benefits and is charged with developing and maintaining key relationships with our carrier partners, supporting both active employees and retirees. Carriers and their products are key to the success of the solution for our clients. Our stakeholders span consulting teams, sales and solution leaders, product owners and technology leaders, operations and administration, communications, legal and compliance, and licensing colleagues.
We work collaboratively with our stakeholders to design and deliver a solution that improves outcomes for our clients and their employees and retirees by simplifying the benefits enrollment and administration experience while designing a “future ready” roadmap.

We will count on you to:
- Deliver high quality service, meeting carrier and internal business objectives for all of Mercer Marketplace 365+, including the active marketplace, individual retiree exchange, and group retiree administration.

Apply basic project management and consulting skills by developing detailed project plans and managing the quality and timeliness of carrier deliverables, participating in stakeholder calls and meetings as appropriate and ensuring key deliverables are met.

Partner with data, reporting and carrier delivery teams to ensure carrier reporting is delivered as planned and remediation steps are taken to enhance our data integrity
-
Partner with call center and other internal departments including billing and carrier delivery on process enhancement, escalations, and overall carrier topics
-
Support the annual benefits counselor survey and carrier standards RFI by developing content, coordinating with carriers, and analyzing results
-
Leverage your analytical skills to produce reporting and carrier specific analysis for stewardship meetings, annual AEP debriefs, enrollment reporting, and book of business summaries
-
Support the annual CMS script and site filing process for the individual retiree exchange
-
Manage and/or provide content for internal/external newsletters as well as sites used or owned by Carrier Experience (internal SharePoint, Connect, Navigator+, and carrier overviews in our internal knowledgebase tool)

Drive efficiencies through the creation and maintenance of Carrier Experience internal documentation and file storage

Act as the back up to the Carrier Experience managers as needed
What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-
1-3 years’ experience working in a corporate environment
-
Strong organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding fast-paced work environment

Ability to work in a team environment where the priorities and requirements may change quickly

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

The applicable base salary range for this role is $50,400 to $100,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
