Social Media & Report Coordinator

Are you passionate about social media, storytelling, and turning data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Report Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow our social media presence while analyzing campaign performance to ensure we’re making the most impactful decisions.   • Analyze organic performance metrics across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Partner with the creative team consisting of strategists, creators and designers to guide creative decisions using insights from data to drive channel growth, and refine creative concepts and formats. 
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for fashion and digital creativity.
  • Communicate complex analytics in a clear, actionable way to stakeholders. 
  • Track and interpret KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, impressions, reach and conversions. 
  • Act as a sparring partner to client and partners and provide recommendations on the implementation of report tools 
  • Conduct weekly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc organic reports 
  • Monitor audience behavior, trends, and preferences to anticipate shifts and emerging opportunities. 
  • Assess the performance of creative assets to identify elements that resonate with the target audience. 
  • Responsible for day-to-day client communication and consultancy  
  • Support with the ideation of a social content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging presence across all platforms. 
  • Coordinate always on content incl. scheduling and live-posting. 
  • Support with project management of social first projects across different channels. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to consult and collaborate with clients and brand partners
  • Strong in problem solving, consulting and organizing.
