Join CCRES as a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a significant impact in the Garnet Valley School District! In this rewarding role, you'll earn $75 per hour as an independent contractor, where your expertise will be valued daily. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting functional behavioral assessments and summarizing results in comprehensive reports. You'll develop positive behavioral supports using evidence-based interventions tailored to each student's needs. Analyzing and assessing instructional needs will be key as you craft appropriate programming while ensuring ongoing monitoring of student data to make necessary adjustments. Collaboration is at the heart of this role; you'll develop essential tools and train staff on positive behavior support plans to ensure fidelity in implementation. To thrive here, strong communication skills and expertise in behavioral assessment are essential, along with a solid understanding of data analysis. Experience working with students with autism, emotional or behavioral disorders, and intellectual disabilities will give you a significant edge. To qualify, you need a Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, plus current BCBA certification. You'll also need to bring along your clearances and professional liability insurance.
