Occupational Therapist Assistant, Home Health

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant at CenterWell Home Health, your main responsibilities will include providing therapy services in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment, assisting in vocational and education programs, designing adaptive equipment, and reporting findings to the Occupational Therapist. You'll also instruct patients and families on home care programs and participate in discharge planning activities.

To qualify for the Occupational Therapist Assistant position at CenterWell, you need a current and unrestricted OTA licensure. Additionally, having a minimum of six months of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant and CPR certification is preferred. Home health experience is a plus!
