Cetera Financial is seeking to add to our Retirement Plan Solutions Team with an experienced individual dedicated to facilitating our advisors’ opportunities with the various individually-controlled product solutions available in the tax exempt marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to serve an integral role on a team tasked with shaping the industry’s future, in alignment with Cetera’s Workplace & Retirement strategic vision in enabling greater retirement security for all American workers. The ideal candidate will have specific experience with 403b or 3(38) products, and will be located near one of our offices: El Egundo, CA, Denver, CO, St. Paul, MN, Des Moines, IA, Dallas, TX.What you will do:• Own end-to-end execution of individually controlled 403b/547 or 3(38) business products• Partner with Due Diligence, Product Solutions, and other teams to identify and inventory the product set available across the individually controlled tax exempt marketplace and maintain appropriately within the firms’ approved products listing.• Manage relationships with third-party program vendors, recordkeepers, investment product sponsors, TAMPs/TPMMs/TPAMs, and other partners• Be responsible for accurate reporting from third-party program vendors, RK’s, and partners• Own the development and maintenance of advisor-facing materials (marketing material, FAQs, job aids, etc.)• Be responsible for advisor conversations, including escalations, as well as day to day activities in support of this business line, in alignment with written documentation and FAQ’sWhat you need to have:• 5-7 years of experience in financial services industry• At least 3-5 years of experience and familiarity with investment options available in the tax exempt marketplace (both annuity and custodial solutions; sometimes known as vendor options or payroll slots).• Securities licenses (Series 6, 7, 24, 63/65, 66)Compensation:The base annual salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
